(I) Company Profile Hunan Tianxianghe Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in April 2010, with its headquarters located in Changsha Tianxin Software Park. It is a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative high-tech enterprise focusing on spatial technology research and application, dedicated to surveying and mapping geographic information and new smart city construction, and serving the digital transformation of government and enterprises. Based on 3S technology and relying on new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, 5G, cognitive intelligence, and national cryptographic algorithms, the Company innovatively integrates and applies new basic surveying and mapping with data governance. It focuses on solutions such as spatial data production and processing, multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and governance, and GPU cloud-native parallel supercomputing, consolidating the data foundation for users to leverage the multiplier effect of data elements, providing foundational platform support for the modernization of urban governance capabilities, and contributing digital strength to the "Three Highlands and Four New Missions" and "Strong Provincial Capital" strategies. It has been rated as one of the Top Ten Enterprises in Hunan Province's Geographic Information Industry for consecutive years. The Company's major key project achievements include: 1. After the April 29 incident in Changsha, resolutely implementing the instructions of Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government leaders and commissioned by the Changsha Municipal Data Resources Management Bureau, completed the implementation of the "Changsha Housing Digital Comprehensive Management Service Platform" project, helping to clarify the city's housing base map and base numbers, and dynamically tracking, analyzing and displaying housing inspection progress. 2. To earnestly implement the "Strong Provincial Capital" strategy and promote the implementation of Changsha's new smart city demonstration city top-level design and three-year action plan, commissioned by the Changsha Municipal Data Resources Management Bureau, undertook the major research project "Changsha New Smart City Construction Digital Space Foundation," boosting the construction of Changsha's smart city demonstration city; 3.
