山东慈海医疗管理集团是一家集医院管理、养老院管理、居家智慧养老管理、健康体检、母婴护理、文化传媒于一体的综合性多元化投资集团。迄今为止，我们拥有500多名员工、6个院区。
集团自2011年起投资兴建了诸城慈海医院、诸城慈海中西医结合医院（二级甲等医院）、潍坊工商职业学院校医院等多所医院，并于2016年与诸城龙城医院合并经营。
集团总占地四万平米，建筑面积两万两千平米，预设病床500余张，2015年仅诸城慈海医院门诊量已达23万人次，健康查体3万人，出院病人3000余人次，各类手术2000余例。
