3. 具备良好的多模态模型理解与工程能力，熟悉视频混剪、图文生成、内容结构化等内容生成与理解技术，熟悉营销视频内容生成相关流程优先；
4. 编程能力扎实，熟练掌握Python，具备算法实现与系统集成能力；
5. 具备优秀的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能与营销等业务团队有效沟通需求并推动项目落地；
6. 具备探索精神与学习能力，关注前沿技术发展，能够主动探索先进算法并推动在实际业务中的应用。
