2. 独立完成大型项目全流程的UX/UI设计，包括需求分析、原型构建、视觉设计及设计交付。
任职要求：
1. 3年以上UI/UX设计经验，具备独立负责复杂项目的能力；
2. 本科及以上学历，设计相关专业优先，能力突出者可适当放宽；
3. 熟练使用Figma、Pixso、AI、AE、PS等设计与动效制作软件；
4. 具备产品原型设计能力，可输出交互流畅、逻辑清晰的原型方案；
5. 视觉设计表现力强且注重实用性，对细节有极高要求，坚持像素级精准；
6. 具有组件库搭建或维护经验，能够参与制定及优化设计规范和体系方法；
7. 做事认真踏实，积极主动，具备攻坚克难和持续自我提升的动力，乐于团队协作与知识分享。
