烟台宝钢钢管有限责任公司（简称“烟台宝钢”）是宝山钢铁股份有限公司子公司，是根据国家钢铁产业政策和烟台市产业规划布局，按照宝钢“精品+规模”的战略规划，于2007年6月注册成立。整个项目预计投资50亿元，完工后占地约1000亩。
烟台宝钢主要装备为当今世界先进的无缝钢管生产设备，其中关键设备从国外引进，装备整体上处于目前*水平，整个产线的钢管生产制造、检验及管理高度自动化。
烟台宝钢主打产品为Æ177.8～457mm×6.1（5.5）～55mm×6000-15000mm的高钢级非抗硫套管、高抗硫类技术套管和超临界、超超临界锅炉用耐高压无缝钢管等。
