长沙中食冷藏有限公司成立于2011年2月，为全资国有企业，经营管理中央直属储备肉长沙冷库，公司位于湖南省长沙市长沙县安沙镇毛塘工业园内，于2013年4月正式投产，总投资一亿元，用地面积51.75亩，总建筑面积1.9万㎡，距京港澳高速、长沙绕城高速、107国道仅800米。2014年随母公司中国食品集团公司成为国有重点骨干央企中粮集团成员企业。
