3.精通MYSQL，能根据业务需求熟练写出健壮的SQL，熟练使用Mybatis
4.了解中间件的使用，包括Redis、Kafka等
5.了解基础Linux命令使用
6.有过项目框架优化，数据库分库分表经验优先考虑
7.熟练使用GIT、SVN等代码管理工具；
8.思路清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和理解能力，有能力针对特定场景或要求给出合理的技术解决方案；责任心强，具有一定的团队合作精神,认真负责。
