Xinqi Construction Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale construction and installation enterprise with multi-functional and group-based operations. The company was established in April 1987 in Wuhan City, Hubei Province. On December 30, 2004, it was approved by the Ministry of Construction of China as a Grade I general contractor for building construction. In March 2007, it was preliminarily approved by the Hubei Provincial Department of Construction as a Special Grade general contractor for building construction and was reported to the Ministry of Construction for approval in the same month.
The company also holds Grade I qualifications for steel structure construction, Grade I for decoration and renovation, Grade I for earthwork, Grade II general contracting for mechanical and electrical installation, Grade II for sports venue facilities, Grade II for fire protection facility construction, and Grade II general contracting for municipal construction. It is capable of undertaking construction of buildings of various spans up to 40 stories, decoration, fire protection, municipal roads, integrated wiring, foundation and base construction, as well as structures under 240 meters in height and residential communities or building complexes with a floor area of 200,000 square meters or less.
The company has a registered capital of 305.1 million yuan, fixed assets of 263.07 million yuan, working capital of 248.3 million yuan, and 4,850 sets of various mechanical equipment. In the past three years, the enterprise's output value has exceeded 3 billion yuan, with annual national tax contributions exceeding 60 million yuan.
The company has a strong technical force, with over 6,500 regular employees, including 712 engineering and economic technical personnel, namely 65 with senior titles, 78 with intermediate titles, and 569 with junior titles.
