岗位职责：
一、核心岗位职责
1. 与客户各层级相关方进行访谈、主持研讨会并发放调研问卷，全面理解并记录客户的业务需求、痛点及目标。
2. 担任项目团队与客户之间的主要联络人，确保项目全生命周期内沟通清晰一致，有效管理客户期望。
3. 分析客户当前的数据流程、数据流及数据架构，识别低效环节与改进机会。
4. 协同数据工程师、数据科学家及解决方案架构师，设计符合客户业务需求的数据分析解决方案，并合理运用相关数据技术。
5. 参与数据解决方案设计评审，提供聚焦业务与数据的见解，确保方案与客户的战略数据目标保持一致。
6. 运用先进的分析工具与技术，对客户的数据资产进行深度分析，挖掘可支持数据驱动型业务决策的洞察与趋势。
7. 制作全面的报告与数据可视化内容，以清晰易懂的方式向客户相关方传达分析结果与建议。
8. 评估拟议业务变更对客户组织（包括人员、流程及技术）的潜在影响，制定全面的过渡与变革管理计划，确保平稳实施并限度减少干扰。
9. 在实施阶段为客户提供支持，包括提供指导、培训材料及协助用户验收测试（UAT），确保解决方案满足客户需求并被终端用户成功采用。
二、任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，工商管理、计算机科学、信息技术、管理咨询或相关专业。工商管理硕士（MBA）或其他硕士学位优先。
2. 至少3年咨询环境下或面向客户项目的业务分析经验，有成功完成业务分析任务并提升客户满意度的实绩。
3. 具备供应链项目相关经验。
4. 强大的分析能力：能够识别问题、评估备选方案并推荐数据驱动型解决方案。
5. 数据仓库知识与技术熟练度：了解基本的数据仓库概念，熟练使用SQL和Excel进行常规数据分析。
6. 快速解决问题的能力：整合多渠道信息，快速识别并解决问题。
7. 跨团队协作能力：能有效跨团队开展工作，以数据驱动的洞察影响决策者。
8. 优先级排序与迭代思维：能够评估业务需求的紧急程度，并将其分解为可管理的迭代任务。
9. 风险管理能力：识别项目风险或依赖关系，主动与相关方沟通并提出备选方案。
10. 项目领导能力：明确项目方向与优先级，根据团队资源制定切实可行的交付计划。
11. 英语流利，能够在全英文环境中工作。Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, distribute surveys with client stakeholders at various hierarchical levels to comprehensively understdocument their business requirements, pain points, objectives.
• Act as a primary liaison between the project team the client, ensuring clear consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle managing client expectations effectively.
• Analyze clients current data processes, data flows, data architectures to identify inefficiencies opportunities fimprovement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solution architects to design data solutions that meet the clients business requirements leverage appropriate data technologies.
• Participate in data - solution design reviews provide business - data - focused insights to ensure alignment with the clients strategic data goals.
• Perform in - depth analysis on the clients data assets, using advanced analytical tools techniques to uncover insights trends that can inform data - driven business decisions.
• Develop comprehensive reports data visualizations that communicate analysis results recommendations to client stakeholders in a clear understandable way.
• Assess the potential impact of proposed business changes on the clientsganization, including people, processes, technology, develop comprehensive transition change management plans to ensure a smooth implementation minimize disruption.
• Support the client through the implementation phase by providing guidance, training materials, assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the solution meets the clients requirements is adopted successfully by end - users.
Required Skills & Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, management consulting, a related field. MBA master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis within a consulting environment working on client - facing projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis tasks contributing to client satisfaction.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Identify issues, evaluate options, recommend data-driven solutions.
• Data Warehousing Technical Proficiency: Understbasic data warehousing concepts have hands-on experience with SQL Excel fgeneral data analysis.
• Quick Problem-Solving: Leverage information from multiple channels to rapidly identify resolve issues.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work effectively across teams influence decision-makers with data-driven insights.
• Prioritization Iterative Approach: Assess the urgency of business requirements break them down manageable iterations.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks dependencies, communicate proactively with stakeholders, propose backup solutions.
