职位描述
一、工作职责
1. 负责协助公司及期刊相关国际学术会议筹备、策划及执行；
2. 跟进相关学术领域及OA出版行业话题热点以及动态，能通过各种渠道主动开拓新的会议资源，并介绍公司业务和会议情况，询问合作意向，做好服务细节；
3. 独立调研分析相关行业会议论坛等市场信息，掌握*新动向；
4. 对会议运作中出现的情况有一定的预判断能力，对各种突发情况能及时调整补救；
5. 会议现场相关支持工作。
二、职位要求
1. 硕士及以上学历，市场营销，旅游酒店，会展管理，项目管理，英语，理工科等专业优先；
2. 英语水平CET-6或TEM-4及以上；
3. 具备较强的文字功底，英文写作能力和口语能力较强；
4. 具备较强的数据分析以及总结能力，并可熟练使用微软操作系统和办公软件；
5. 出色的逻辑性思维能力，富于团队合作的精神及良好的沟通能力；
6. 工作细致有耐心，有良好的抗压能力和团队协作能力；
7. 有会议平台运营，组织学术会议及展会工作经验者优先。
三、工资待遇
1. 薪酬待遇：月基本工资15000-16000；
