禹城市盛裕纸制品厂（原名为禹城县造纸厂）始建于1976年，拥有资产2100万元，占地面积36000平方米，年生产能力2万吨，现有职工120余名，其中工程师7名，本科学历6名，专科以上学历19名。主导产品为高档生活用纸，产品远销全国二十多个省市。2012年我厂在镇党委政府的大力支持下，计划再投资7000万进行二期扩产工程建设，工程分三期进行，年产能力达到5.5万吨，产值实现4.4亿元，利税3520万元，使我厂逐步成为一个产品研制开发、生产加工、绿色环保经营为一体的现代化企业。
