瑞金市晶山纸业有限公司是中外合资企业。公司创办于2002年4月，原坐落在瑞金象湖镇竹岗村（即原红都制糖厂内）。为落实瑞金市委、市政府“退城进郊”的要求，实现做大做强企业的目标，公司于2007年6月开始实施异地扩能技改，厂址迁至泽覃乡石水村牛尾坝，于2008年5月完成技改，并通过环保验收投入生产，年生产能力5万吨，新厂占地面积52亩，车间厂房、仓库面积近2万平方米，公司注册资本2120万元，项目总投资6940万元，现有员工260余人。
晶山纸业公司生产的主要产品为高强度瓦楞原纸，主要原料利用废纸和废旧纸箱，属再生造纸企业。主要原材料来源于本地、南昌、福建和广东等。
