岗位职责：
1、参与公司项目的设计和开发与维护，能够独立完成核心模块的设计和实现。
2、优化代码中的结构、性能等。
3、进行单元测试。
4、撰写相关技术文档。
5、解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题。
任职要求：
1、软件工程或计算机科学与技术专业（统招本科），连续3年以上Java开发经验，精通J2EE及面向对象设计开发。扎实的编程基础，熟悉高性能的设计、编码及性能调优。
2、精通面向接口编程设计思想、擅长抽象、封装。
3、熟练使用SpringBoot、MyBatis等开源框架，对框架本身有熟读或重构者优先。
4、参与过软件架构设计，能够独立设计数据模型和软件分层。
5、熟练使用Oracle/Mysql数据库，熟悉国产数据库优先，熟悉数据库性能优化相关技术和原理。
6、良好的沟通和表达能力，工作积极主动、有团队精神、能够承受一定工作压力。
