Hunan Puqi Geological Exploration Equipment Research Institute (General Partnership)

Puqi Research Institute has three institutions: Hunan Puqi Geological Exploration Equipment Research Institute, Hunan Puqi Water Environment Research Institute, and Hunan Puqi New Energy Research Institute. The headquarters is located in Jinxia Economic Development Zone. Committed to high-tech applied research and major national scientific and technological breakthroughs, it mainly engages in the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and service of projects in the fields of pipeline network loss reduction, geophysical exploration, pipeline detection, water quality analysis, new energy special vehicles, disaster prevention and mitigation, earthquake early warning, through-the-earth communication, smart pipelines, and life detection. At present, it has jointly established the 13th Five-Year National Water Special Project R&D Base and the Leak Detection Teaching and Experimental Base with Harbin Institute of Technology, established a strategic innovation cooperation base for industry-university-research with Hunan University of Science and Technology, and established a long-term cooperation in research and application with Changsha University, and jointly established a non-metallic pipeline detection experimental base. Products have been sold to 158 countries around the world and are deeply praised by users. The products developed by our institute have dual-use characteristics for military and civilian purposes, independent intellectual property rights, and the scientific research and technical level is in a leading position among similar research institutions at home and abroad. Up to now, a total of nearly 300 national patents have been applied for, and it has won the second prize of the 2019 Science and Technology Progress Award of Hunan Province, and from 2019 to 2020, it has been rated as a 'Contract-honoring and Credit-worthy' unit at both the provincial and municipal levels in Hunan Province for three consecutive years.
