唐山市金鑫钢铁有限公司前身是原丰润县冶金公司，1999年经丰润县人民政府批准企业改制，原轧钢车间改造后更名，于2003年2月20日正式成立。企业位于丰润区丰登坞镇南唐玉宝公路西侧丰津公路30公里处胡张坨村东500m，占地面积120亩，注册资金壹亿壹仟万元，职工280人，专业技术人员80人。共有两条纵列式生产线，总设计能力年产量可达80万吨，主要产品为直径12—28mm的热轧带肋钢筋和圆钢棒材。公司贯彻国家环保法律法规，购买安装了在线监测设备和脱硫除尘设备，全部符合国家技术要求且运转正常。
