Fangzheng Valve Group Shanghai Co., Ltd. It mainly produces wellhead equipment and Christmas tree equipment for the oil and natural gas industry, drilling tool passage equipment, pipeline valves, and throttling and well-killing systems, as well as providing engineering technical services, equipment maintenance, and technical training for petroleum machinery equipment projects.
The company is located in Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Park, with convenient transportation. The plant covers an area of 25,000 square meters, with a new standard workshop of 20,000 square meters, and a pleasant environment. According to ISO14001 standards and the QHSAS18001 environmental, occupational health and safety management system, the plant is constructed in a standardized and safe manner to ensure employees work safely and efficiently.
The company has more than 20 senior and intermediate design engineers in the fields of product design, welding process design, heat treatment process design, non-destructive testing process design, and machining process design, with rich experience in the whole process of product design, development, production, installation, and service for the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industries. It has nearly a hundred large, precision, and advanced machining equipment, CNC machining centers, etc. And strictly in accordance with API product testing requirements, it is equipped with high-tech testing devices.
