曹禺大剧院（潜江保利大剧院管理有限公司）总建筑面积2.3万平方米，占地面积11.8万平方米，地上三层，地下一层，建筑高度达52米。共配有停车位333个。大剧院内设一个1200座位的综合大剧场和一个400座位的小剧场，大剧院的建声效果达到建筑声学和舞台设备功能配置的国内一流水准，以经典“品”字形升降舞台和乐池，能满足国内外大型歌剧、舞剧以及各类大型歌舞节目演出需要。剧院以图文、声、光、电等多种现代化表现形式，展示了曹禺戏剧文化风格的多样性，是中国戏剧之都一座神圣的艺术殿堂。
