Jiangxi University of Applied Science and Technology

The university is a full-time regular undergraduate institution approved by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, enrolling students nationwide. It is one of the first pilot institutions in Jiangxi Province to transition toward application-oriented development.
The campus covers an area of over 1,600 mu, with more than 16,000 enrolled students and a library collection of over 2 million volumes. The university has formed a discipline and specialty system with engineering and management as its main pillars. It currently offers 72 undergraduate and associate degree programs, and comprises 10 schools including the School of Artificial Intelligence, School of Civil Engineering, School of Intelligent Manufacturing, School of Education and Sports, School of Accounting and Finance, School of International Business, School of Cross-border E-commerce and Logistics, School of Tourism and Hotel Management, School of Art and Design, and School of Music. ① Within two years, an annual salary of 400,000 RMB; after two years, the treatment will be determined through negotiation based on work performance and other factors.
② Housing subsidy: 400,000 RMB for urgently needed talents in key development disciplines, 300,000 RMB for talents in other discipline development, paid proportionally year by year during the service period;
③ Before purchasing a house, the university provides a fully furnished apartment for transitional use.
④ Research start-up fund: 200,000 RMB for engineering, 150,000 RMB for other disciplines.
Academic Leaders (Professors or Ph.D. holders):
① Within two years, an annual salary of 200,000 RMB; after two years, the treatment will be determined through negotiation based on work performance and other factors.
② Housing subsidy: 200,000 RMB for urgently needed talents in key development disciplines, 100,000 RMB for talents in other disciplines, paid proportionally year by year during the service period.
③ Before purchasing a house, the university provides a fully furnished apartment for transitional use.
④ Research start-up fund: 150,000 RMB for engineering, 100,000 RMB for other disciplines;
Outstanding Academic Backbones (Associate Professors and above):
① Within two years, an annual salary of 150,000 RMB; after two years, determined through negotiation based on work performance and other factors.
② Housing subsidy: 150,000 RMB for urgently needed talents in key development disciplines, 100,000 RMB for talents in other disciplines, paid proportionally year by year during the service period.
③ Before purchasing a house, the university provides a fully furnished apartment for transitional use.
④ Research start-up fund: 100,000 RMB for engineering, 50,000 RMB for other disciplines.
Master's degree holders: Paid according to the "Implementation Measures for Faculty and Staff Compensation of Jiangxi University of Applied Science and Technology," with an annual salary of 50,000-80,000 RMB.
Note: Exceptionally outstanding talents may not be subject to the above treatment limitations.
Other benefits:
1. Ph.D. holders with backgrounds from well-known universities abroad or in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan may receive treatment of up to 500,000-850,000 RMB;
