岗位职责：
1. 了解项目或用户的整体需求，完成WBS，制定项目开发计划；
2. 识别风险，并制定风险计划，有力控制项目风险，确保项目按照计划准时、高效、优质完成;
3. 跟踪项目进度，协调项目组与其他部门之间、项目组内成员之间的合作关系及资源调配；
4. 监控项目过程中的各个阶段，及时、有效解决出现的问题；
5. 负责团队管理与建设，营造团队氛围；
6. 指导员工解决技术重大技术问题，带领团队研究新技术，不断提升团队技术水平；
7. 部门负责人分配的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 计算机或软件工程及相关专业专科以上学历，具备Java相关工作5年以上开发经验，2年以上产品设计/架构/项目管理经验，有不少于5人的项目团队管理经验；
2. 熟练掌握软件工程的基本原理，能够规范地撰写软件分析和设计方案；
3. 精通J2EE开发及部署(MVC模式，S2SH、SpringMVC、Mybatis，Strust、Hibernate等框架)，精通Oracle/MySQL/SQLServer等数据库的设计、优化、管理、维护，熟悉jquery、dwr等前端js库
4. 熟悉Weblogic和Tomcat等主流中间件产品;熟悉MongoDB、redis，MQ消息中间件等相关开源技术
5. 熟悉visio、PowerDesigner的设计工具；
6. 熟悉项目管理的各个模块，具有良好的项目规划、需求控制、进度控制、风险管理能力；
7. 良好的沟通表达能力及职业素养，具有良好的客户沟通与表达能力
8. 能接受驻场及出差者优先。
