Country Garden

Country Garden is a high-tech comprehensive enterprise that creates a happy life for society.

■ We actively engage in the robotics industry

Technology is advancing rapidly, and the era of robots has arrived. We join the wave of technological innovation, recruiting talents and drawing on the strengths of others. With the wisdom of 200,000 employees and over 1,000 doctors, we use the power of technology to create a better life for society and contribute to the nation's scientific and technological progress.

We established Bozhilin Robotics Company to develop and apply an intelligent construction system centered on construction robots, new prefabricated buildings, and BIM technology. We strive to achieve a perfect combination of safety, quality, time, and efficiency, leading the transformation of the construction industry. Meanwhile, we are also advancing the research, development, manufacturing, and application of various robots in catering, medical care, agriculture, community services, and other fields.

We established Qianxi Robotics Company to create leading robot restaurants at home and abroad, providing the public with delicious, hygienic, nutritious, healthy, and affordable cuisine, and creating a brand-new dining experience.

■ We build good houses and good communities

We persist in being a practitioner of China's new urbanization. With a craftsman's spirit, we repeatedly deliberate on the safety, health, beauty, economy, applicability, and durability of houses, providing society with finely decorated houses, scenic gardens, well-equipped facilities, and thoughtful property management. So far, we have brought a modern urban appearance to over 1,400 towns, and more than 4.5 million homeowners have chosen to live and work in Country Garden communities, contributing to China's urbanization and modernization.

■ We actively participate in agricultural modernization and rural revitalization

We established an agricultural company to develop large-scale agriculture with advanced unmanned equipment, improve agricultural production efficiency, grain output, and quality, and help solve the world's food problems.

We established Biyouxuan Company to organize farmers to develop planting and breeding bases, build a bridge between urban and rural commerce, and bring abundant, safe, delicious, and affordable products directly from the fields to urban communities, serving the happy life of every Chinese family.

■ We hope society will become a better place because of our existence

Targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization are also one of our main businesses. Since its inception, the founder of Country Garden and the Group have cumulatively donated over 8.7 billion yuan to social charity, and have actively participated in targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization work in 57 counties across 16 provinces, helping 490,000 people shake off poverty. In the future, we will continue to contribute to consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and realizing rural revitalization.

As a Hang Seng Index constituent stock listed in Hong Kong since 2007 and a Fortune Global 500 enterprise, Country Garden paid 65.3 billion yuan in taxes in 2020. We will persist in being a conscientious and socially responsible sunshine enterprise, and strive unremittingly for the progress of human society.
