南通星辰儿童康复中心成立于2013年1月，为南通市残疾人联合会定点的非营利性康复与特殊教育机构，国家4A级社会组织，巾帼志愿服务示范基地，南京特殊教育师范学院实习基地。中心为来自全国各地的孤独症、脑瘫、听障、唐氏、智障、发育迟缓、语言障碍等特殊儿童提供教育与康复服务。目前中心设有言语个训室、感觉统合训练室、感统游戏室、精细教室、生活自理室、奥尔夫音乐教室、运动治疗室、情景教室等。现有专业技术人员40余名，每天在训儿童达160余名,办学以来，先后帮助百余名特殊儿童顺利进入普通学校就读.
