岗位背景
公司现有项目基于海康 RCS 与法睿兰达 RCS 系统运行，需要通过间接交管调度方式，对多套 RCS 进行统一调度与控制。同时，为后续自主 RCS 系统上线做技术沉淀与能力积累。
岗位职责
1. 基于海康 RCS、法睿兰达 RCS 系统，进行交管调度逻辑的设计与实现
通过 RCS 提供的接口（HTTP / WebSocket / SDK 等），实现任务下发、状态获取、异常处理等交管功能；
2. 负责间接交管策略的实现与优化（如任务分配、路径/资源冲突规避等）
在现有 RCS 能力边界内，进行任务调度与执行效率优化；
3. 对接现场业务需求，参与交管逻辑抽象与通用化设计；
4. 为后期自主 RCS 系统的架构设计、接口规范、调度模型等提供技术积累与实践经验；
5. 编写必要的技术文档与接口说明；
任职要求
必须项
1. 扎实的 Java 基础，熟悉常见后端开发框架；
2. 熟悉 RESTful API 设计，具备接口对接与调试经验；
3. 有 RCS / WCS / WMS / AGV / AMR / 自动化物流系统相关经验；
4. 能理解并实现交管/调度类业务逻辑；
加分项
1. 熟悉海康 RCS 或法睿兰达 RCS 任一套系统（熟悉接口更佳）；
2. 有任务调度、路径规划、资源分配等相关经验；
3. 有多系统集成或中间调度层设计经验；
4. 对自主 RCS / 调度系统有兴趣或实践经验。
