南通市通州湾技工学校开设幼儿教育、建筑工程管理、导游、汽车营销、汽车维修、市场营销、电子商务等八个专业。在专业规划建设上，从“双师型”教师培养、实习/ 实训设备更新、学生实习就业、员工培训服务、实践课程教学改革等方面强化与企业和产业协会合作，学校成立了4个校办企业和校企合作委员会联系300余家合作企业和学校，明确了学校与企业互动机制，逐步细化了人员交流制、制度互换制、生产线引进制、课堂延伸制、科研共同参与制等等服务于校企合作交流的各项机制，以便双方在人才培养方面做出正确决策。
