Beterui New Material Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech industrial enterprise under China Baoan Group (stock code: 000009). Beterui is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to cathode and anode materials for lithium-ion secondary batteries. In 2015, Beterui was listed on the New Third Board (stock code: 835185), and in 2021, it was transferred to the Beijing Stock Exchange for listing. Beterui has now formed an enterprise integrating basic research, product development, production, and sales of natural graphite, artificial graphite, silicon-based materials, graphene research and applications, etc.

Beterui (Jiangsu) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu New Technology"), established in January 2017, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beterui New Material Group Co., Ltd. As the headquarters of the cathode business division of Beterui Group, Jiangsu New Technology oversees Shenzhen Beterui Nano Technology Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Beterui New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Sino-foreign joint venture).
