医院环境优雅，设备先进，拥有进口钼靶、X线计算机成像系统、彩超、乳腺微创旋切系统、乳腺熏蒸仪、乳腺治疗仪等。聘有一批经验丰富的学科带头人及著名专家，组成了一支优秀敬业的医疗护理队伍。
医院主要从事乳腺、甲状腺、肿瘤的临床诊治工作。对乳腺恶性肿瘤开展各种根治手术、保留乳房的乳癌根治术、保留肋间臂神经的乳腺癌根治术及乳腺整形再造术；对乳腺良性肿瘤采用手术、微创及康复、理疗等综合治疗；对甲状腺肿瘤开展各种甲状腺切除手术，包括多功能保留甲状腺癌联合根治术及小切口微创手术。同时开展肿瘤的化疗及中西医综合治疗，兼顾基本医疗，注重预防保健（健康体检），开展康复理疗，关注大众健康。
