Yijiupi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. is a liquor e-commerce platform in China. Taking liquor B2B as its entry point, it caters to the demand of Chinese liquor products where immediate consumption is the main scenario. The company has successively obtained a Series A venture capital investment of RMB 50 million from the international investment institution Bertelsmann Asia Investments (BAI); a Series B financing of RMB 200 million led by Source Code Capital; a Series B+ financing of RMB 200 million led by Yuansheng Capital and Zhongding Venture Capital; a Series C financing of RMB 700 million; and a Series D financing of RMB 1.5 billion co-led by Tencent and Meituan. The company currently has a market value of nearly RMB 8 billion, the group has more than 5,000 employees in total, and its sales turnover in 2018 is expected to exceed RMB 12 billion. In January 2016, Yijiupi moved its R&D center to Wuhan, and in July 2016 it registered Wuhan Yijiupi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. in Wuhan.
