Aixin Life Insurance Co., Ltd. was established on June 19, 2017, and is a national and comprehensive life insurance company approved by the former China Insurance Regulatory Commission, with a registered capital of 2.32 billion yuan and its headquarters in Beijing.
In January 2023, Beijing Xinlicheng Health Industry Group Co., Ltd. was introduced as the largest strategic shareholder, leveraging its medical and health industry resources to jointly build a closed-loop "insurance + medical" ecosystem, deeply empowering Aixin Life's system construction of "comprehensive innovation in various medical and health insurance products + related wealth protection plans + precisely matched health management services," proactively serving the national strategy.
