China Communications Construction Group

China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. was established through the corporate restructuring of the former China Communications Construction Corporation. It served as the "foreign window" enterprise of the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and in 2008 became a subsidiary of China Communications Services under China Telecom Group. It is a communication system integrator with a telecom operator background, as well as a service provider for information and media operators. The company holds a Class A general contracting qualification for communication engineering, AAA credit certificates in the fields of operation and maintenance services, bidding agency, and construction, and possesses business capabilities in the TIS (network construction services) sector, including consulting, planning and design, project management, and engineering construction; in the BPO (business process outsourcing) sector, including network maintenance, operation services, bidding agency, and property services; and in the ACO (application and other) sector, including smart services and software development.
In recent years, the business structure has been continuously optimized, and currently it has formed four basic main lines: construction, design, supervision, and network communication, supplemented by import and export business. It is gradually transforming from a traditional infrastructure service provider to a new generation of comprehensive intelligent service provider.
