东林寺净土苑共占地4000多亩，北依庐山主峰汉阳峰，西邻观音塘水库，群山环绕，山水相连，景色秀美，建成后的东林寺净土苑将以东林大佛为核心，共分为大佛朝礼区、净宗学院区、闭关修行区、大佛艺术区和慈善安养区。可为四众弟子提供一个清净庄严的礼佛朝拜、闭关修行、持戒念佛的道场，同时也将成为一个国际性的宗教文化交流平台。
为保障东林寺净土苑各项配套设施的建设和施工，需向社会招聘土建工程师、园艺工程师、园林养护计师、造价员、水电工。
