岗位职责：
1. 负责游戏场景的3D次世代场景制作与地编整合，确保场景整体效果符合美漫风格要求；
2. 使用Unity引擎进行场景搭建、地形编辑、灯光烘焙、氛围营造等工作；
3. 根据原画或概念设计，完成场景模型、贴图、材质的制作与优化；
4. 配合策划、原画、特效等岗位，确保场景与角色、特效的视觉协调性；
5. 对场景资源进行合理优化，确保在Unity引擎中运行流畅；
6. 参与场景效果的迭代优化，持续提升画面表现力。

任职要求：
1. 2年以上3D场景制作经验，有次世代场景制作经验，熟悉PBR流程；
2. 熟练使用Unity引擎进行地编工作，掌握灯光、后处理、地形系统等模块；
3. 具备扎实的美术功底，对美漫风格有较好的理解与把控能力；
4. 熟悉3D建模软件（如3ds Max、Maya、Blender等）及Substance系列工具；
5. 具备良好的资源优化意识，能在保证效果的同时兼顾性能；
6. 沟通能力强，能适应外派协作模式，具备团队合作精神；
