罗田项目是武汉卓尔文旅集团与罗田县人民政府深度合作、综合开发打造罗田全域旅游的极具发展前景的文化旅游项目。项目内容包括“五景区、五小镇”，五景区包括天堂寨、天堂湖、青苔关（含笔架山）、黄狮寨、观音山；五小镇包括九资河小镇、胜利小镇、三里畈小镇、匡河小镇和凤山古镇。项目目标是实现“115工程”：力争3-5年打造一个旅游上市公司，一个5A级景区 ，按规划梯次开发五个特色旅游小镇。未来大天堂景区乃至罗田全域必将成为游人心目中旅游、休闲的圣地。
