岗位职责：
1.负责公司物流系统的后端设计、开发和维护，确保系统的高性能和高可用性。
2.根据需求文档和设计文档，进行详细设计、编码、测试及相关文档的编写。参与生产物流系统的架构设计和技术方案的讨论，提出合理化建议。
3..解决开发过程中遇到的技术难题，优化系统性能。
4..与前端开发工程师、产品经理和测试工程师紧密合作，确保项目按时交付。参与代码评审，保证代码质量和开发规范。
5.完成领导安排的其他任务。

任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，需要团队管理经验。
2.熟练掌握Java编程语言，深入理解面向对象编程思想。
3.熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架，具备微服务架构开发经验。
4.熟悉MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，具备数据库设计和优化能力。熟悉Redis、MongoDB等NoSQL数据库，了解其应用场景。
5.熟悉常用的中间件，如RabbitMQ、Kafka等，具备实际项目经验。
6.熟悉Linux操作系统，具备基本的运维能力。具备良好的编码习惯，熟悉Git等版本控制工具。
7.具有良好的沟通和理解能力，能独立与业务部门沟通需求，能把握和理解业务思路，并设计出对应业务架构。
8.有生产物流行业背景，了解生产物流业务流程和系统需求。有大规模高并发、高可用系统开发经验者优先。
9.了解软件行业新技术,不断提升水平,加强系统技术的安全性,提升公司产品影响力。
