工作职责
1、理解业务需求，负责服务端的设计与开发；
2、与运维合作，部署维护自己的服务模块；
3、分析和深入发掘现有系统的不足，定位系统瓶颈，提高系统性能和稳定性。
4、参与制定代码规范，通过代码审查、技术分享等方式驱动团队技术进步；主动识别并偿还技术债，推动流程改进。

任职资格
1、计算机相关专业，本科以上学历，4年+互联网行业python/golang后端开发经验（golang*佳），具备微服务开发经验，熟悉功能逻辑分层的拆分方法；
2、熟悉mysql、redis、MongoDB等数据库，具备高并发实时数据处理接口的设计和开发经验优先；
3、对网络基础知识有一定了解，熟悉常见数据传输协议（如TCP，HTTP），了解分布式系统、队列及消息中间件；
4、具备主动进取，自驱成长的核心素养，良好的沟通能力、抗压力和团队协作精神。

加分项：
1、熟悉docker、Kubernetes进行服务部署。
2、了解DDD-领域驱动开发设计。
3、高级的定位需要有小组/项目管理经验。

年收入：
