山西其亚铝业有限公司是四川其亚铝业集团有限公司在山西省汾西县注册成立的全资子公司，该公司依托其亚集团在资金、技术、人次、和管理上的优势，利用汾西县的丰富的矿产资源，在汾西县永安镇建设年产180万吨氢氧化铝及40万吨高精铝板带箔项目。项目总投资145.5亿元，建设180万吨氢氧化铝生产线，延伸产业链建设60万吨铝合金，在此基础上精深加工，建设40万吨的高精铝板带箔生产线。同时利用当地丰富的煤炭资源建设4*360Mw自备电站。项目同步配套建设120万吨氢氧化钙，利用余热余压建设4*25Mw背压式汽轮机组热电站，以及相应的辅助生产和公用配套设施、仓库设施盒办公设施。
