8.熟悉分布式系统的设计和开发，了解分布式服务框架如Spring Cloud。
9.掌握数据库设计原则，熟练使用MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，了解国产信创数据库如GAUSS、TDSQL、GoldenDB、Redis。
10.熟悉Linux操作系统，能够进行基本的运维和Shell脚本编写。
11.具备良好的代码编写习惯，能够编写高质量的文档。
12. 具备团队合作和项目管理能力。
13. 有中大型银行金融市场领域项目开发或实施经验者优先。
