2.具有1个及以上实施投研相关系统的成功经验，并担任开发工程师工作;
3.具有3年以上Python开发经验;
4.熟悉FastAPIJupyterHub、Langchain框架优先;
5.熟练使用SQL语言，使用过PostgresQL,Oracle,MySq数据库中的至少一种;
6.熟悉常见的开发工具;
7.有良好的团队协作能力，能够协调不同团队成员之间的关系，推动项目的顺利进行。能够与不同层级和背景的人进行有效的沟通和协调不同团队成员之间的关系，包括与用户、开发人员、测试人员等的沟通;
8.具备良好的学习能力，责任心强、能够承受一定的压力。
