3.参与基于大语言模型的应用开发，使用LangChain或等效的开发框架进行应用搭建和优化；
4.跟踪业界前沿且稳定的后端技术解决方案，确保团队技术栈的先进性和竞争力；
5.解决系统中的技术难点，保障系统的可用性、稳定性和可扩展性。
任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业。
2.精通Python、Java中至少一种编程语言，熟悉其生态系统和*佳实践；
3.熟悉LangChain、Dify、AutoGen等框架或开源软件，精通Python、Java等编程语言，有良好的编程习惯和代码质量；
4.熟悉 SQL/NoSQL 数据库，掌握向量数据库索引构建与性能优化，具备数据清洗与预处理能力；
5.有基于大语言模型的应用开发经验，曾主导或参与过实际项目，具备模型微调和训练的实战经验，熟悉相关工具和技术者优先；
6.具备较强的问题解决能力和团队合作精神，能够跨团队有效沟通，对新技术保持高度敏感，乐于接受挑战，具有创新思维和实践能力。
