【工作内容】
1.独立负责业务系统核心模块的需求分析、技术方案设计及代码实现，确保项目按时、高质量上线。
2.主导系统架构优化与核心代码重构，攻克高并发、大数据量场景下的性能瓶颈，保障系统在高负载下的稳定运行。
3.负责模块的单元测试、集成测试，严格落地代码规范，产出清晰的技术文档，确保代码易于维护和迭代。
4.主动跟进并解决开发过程中的突发技术难题，在重大版本发布或特殊保障期，进行轮值技术支持。
【任职要求】
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上Java后端开发实战经验。
2.精通Java核心语法与底层原理（如JVM、多线程、集合框架），对常用设计模式有深入理解。
3.精通Spring、SpringBoot框架，熟练掌握MyBatis，有扎实的SpringCloud微服务项目落地经验，熟悉服务注册发现、配置中心、链路追踪等核心组件。
4.精通MySQL关系型数据库，熟悉SQL调优及索引底层原理；精通Redis缓存数据库，熟悉其持久化机制及高可用架构；具备InfluxDB时序数据库的实际项目使用经验，熟悉其数据模型、连续查询及性能调优；精通Kafka消息中间件，能够处理消息丢失、重复消费等生产级常见问题。
5.熟悉Docker容器化部署与日常运维；熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle等工程化工具。
6.熟练使用AI辅助编程工具（如通义灵码、GitHub Copilot等），能够借助AI提升日常编码、代码重构及文档编写效率。
7.优先条件：有智慧水务、物联网或大型政府SaaS项目经验；有Doris、HBase等大数据分析组件实战经验；有AI Agent开发、LangChain框架或大模型应用落地经验。
