负责Java学科理论和实践课程的授课交付（包括JavaSE、JavaWeb-Jsp/Servlet/JDBC/Ajax/Jquery/Mysql、Java开源技术框架-Spring/SpringMVC /myBatis/SpringBoot/SpringCloud/Docker等技术），满意度不能低于90；要求能够根据公司标准化交付流程，完成授课任务，并能够对自己工作内容进行持续改进；
熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括（Java，python，前端等）；
具备JavaEE全栈开发能力和教学经验的优先。
2.Java系列课程教研
负责软件工程学科中的Java程序设计、JavaWeb、JavaEE框架，Web前端等技术方向课程内容研发以及课程大纲、教案等配套文档开发
3.JavaEE实训项目研发和交付
负责根据不同的参训学生，研发并交付适合在校大学生学习的综合实训项目
4.协助产业学院的辅导学生毕业设计，实习实训，专业课程的授课和相关文档材料的输出，配合产业学院教学管理人员实现高质量的授课和相关工作。
