Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) is a nationwide professional service institution with independent legal personality, approved by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. It provides services in accounting, asset valuation, fiscal and tax consulting, and engineering consulting.
The predecessor of Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants was Zhongfa Certified Public Accountants, established in 1993. In 2000, approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, it was restructured into "Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd." In 2009, it absorbed and merged Jiangsu Fuhua Certified Public Accountants and changed its name to "Zhongxinghua Fuhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd."
In 2013, the company underwent a partnership restructuring, and the name of the restructured firm was approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce as "Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership)". It has established 20 branch offices, including Jiangsu Branch, Zhenjiang Branch, Nantong Branch, Yangzhou Branch, Suzhou Branch, Shandong Branch, Weifang Branch, Weihai Branch, Jinan Branch, Dongying Branch, Henan Branch, Hebei Branch, Guangdong Branch, Liaoning Branch, Sichuan Branch, Fujian Branch, Hubei Branch, Hunan Branch, Shenzhen Branch, Jiangxi Branch, and Shanghai Branch.
The firm's capital contribution is 30 million yuan, with nearly a thousand employees. It currently has 480 certified public accountants (including 158 in the Beijing head office), of which 52 have qualifications related to securities and futures business. There are 87 registered appraisers, 56 registered tax agents, and 42 with qualifications as engineers, lawyers, etc.
The appraisal department was established in 2007. It is a professional real estate appraisal institution registered with the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and approved by the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and a land appraisal intermediary registered with the Hubei Provincial Land Valuers Association. After 10 years of effort, the company has achieved remarkable results and received unanimous praise from society, corporate clients, and relevant competent authorities. In 2013, with the care of relevant government departments and the guidance of company leaders, the real estate appraisal qualification was successfully upgraded from Grade III to Grade II. The acquisition of Grade II qualification enhanced the position of Hubei Yuanda Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. in the market and its professionalism in the industry, greatly improving the company's hardware conditions and comprehensive strength in the real estate appraisal market.
