SCP Group has established a presence in six core city regions: Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou-Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Xi'an. As of December 2018, it operates and manages more than 120 projects across over 50 cities nationwide, with total assets of nearly 80 billion yuan and a managed area of nearly 10 million square meters.
