Guoyuan Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in October 2001 with the former Anhui International Trust and Investment Corporation and the former Anhui Trust and Investment Corporation as the main initiators. On October 30, 2007, taking the opportunity of the split share structure reform, the Company successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange by backdoor listing with "Beijing Hua Er". The registered capital of the Company is RMB 3,365,447,047.

The business scope of the Company includes: securities brokerage; securities investment consulting; financial advisory services related to securities trading and securities investment activities; securities underwriting and sponsorship; proprietary securities trading; securities asset management; securities investment fund distribution; margin trading and securities lending; providing intermediary introduction services for futures companies; distribution of financial products; concurrent insurance agency business.

The highest authority of the Company is the shareholders' meeting, the decision-making body is the board of directors, the supervisory body is the board of supervisors, and the chairman of the board is the legal representative. Its main controlled and shareholding companies include Guoyuan Futures Co., Ltd., Anhui Equity Service Group Co., Ltd., Anhui Anyuan Investment Fund Co., Ltd., Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd., Zhengtong Co., Ltd. and China Securities Inter-Agency Quotation System Company, initially forming the operating structure of a financial and securities holding group.
