操作三坐标、三维扫描仪、激光跟踪仪，完成点云采集、降噪、模型比对、形位偏差分析，优化复杂工况检测方案。
编制三维检测规范、作业指导书，搭建标准化检测流程体系；针对非标研发需求定制检测方案，输出检测分析报告。
分析尺寸偏差、设备数据异常，定位根因并输出整改方案；负责光学检测设备校准、调试、故障排查与日常运维。
管理检测台账、项目数据、技术资料，持续优化检测技术体系，配合研发项目提供全流程检测技术支撑。
任职要求：
硕士及以上，精密仪器、测控、光学工程、机械制造相关专业；985/211、科研院所背景优先。
3 年以上精密三维检测经验，熟悉形位公差、机械图纸，有航空航天精密试件检测经验优先。
精通三坐标、三维扫描、激光跟踪仪原理与实操，掌握点云处理、精度误差校正；熟练使用 Polyworks、PC-DMIS、SpatialAnalyzer 等软件。
掌握光学检测、激光三维成像基础理论，可独立优化检测工艺、解决精度问题。
能独立编写检测标准、作业规范，具备非标检测方案开发、项目技术攻坚能力。
