I. Company Introduction
Opentrons Labworks INC. is a life sciences group based in the United States, with a Robotics subsidiary and a NEO Cell Engineering subsidiary. The Robotics division is dedicated to helping researchers automate pipetting procedures, freeing their hands to focus on research. Opentrons (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by the Opentrons Group in July 2017. It belongs to the Robotics division and integrates the R&D, production, and sales of laboratory automation instruments and consumables.

II. Core Products
1. New Product: Flex Automated Pipetting Workstation - a modular, open-source, cost-effective liquid handling robot integrated with artificial intelligence, capable of automating complex workflows with higher throughput;
2. OT-2 Automated Liquid Handling Robot and the new high-precision pipette PIPETTE GEN2, a dedicated pipette compatible with the OT-2;
3. Four modular hardware components: HEPA air filtration module, TC thermal cycling module, TD temperature control module, and MD magnetic module;
4. Laboratory utensils and consumables, etc.

III. Product Applications
Opentrons' products and services are widely used in molecular diagnostics, gene sequencing, protein engineering, forensic identification, biotechnology, medical testing, food inspection, and other industries, covering various colleges and universities, research institutions, and biochemical product companies. IV. Financing
In 2017, completed a $5 million seed round of financing; in 2018, obtained $10 million in Series A financing; in 2021, Opentrons received $200 million in Series C financing led by SoftBank.
