Lianxi Water is a joint venture established by Shanghai Industrial Environment Holdings Co., Ltd. and Lianxi Holdings Co., Ltd. Shanghai Industrial Environment Holdings Co., Ltd. holds 60% of the company's shares, and Lianxi Holdings Co., Ltd. holds 40% of the company's shares.
Lianxi Water has extensive experience in industrial wastewater treatment and is dedicated to the environmental protection industry with water treatment as its core, providing comprehensive water and wastewater management experience, including: consulting, analysis, technical guidance, design, equipment, manufacturing and installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance (O&M), build-operate-transfer projects (BOT), design-build-operate-transfer projects (DBOT), engineering-procurement-construction projects (EPC), and other comprehensive water and wastewater management services.
