福伊特路通城铁齿轮箱技术（长春）有限公司位于长春市绿园经济开发区先进机械制造园区长客路1466号，坐落在长春轨道客车产业园内，毗邻长春轨道客车股份有限公司。
公司成立于2011年5月10日，由福伊特驱动技术投资（中国）有限公司与长春路通轨道车辆配套装备有限公司共同投资组建的，注册资本为460万欧元。
公司总占地面积约两万平方米，于2011年7月开始厂房建设并于2012年9月8日正式竣工投产，总建筑面积8600多平方米，规划组装齿轮箱年产能为2500-3000台套。
