Shanghai Waigaoqiao Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Waigaoqiao Jiepu") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Foreign Service Co., Ltd. Established in 2016 with a registered capital of RMB 2 million, it is a human resources service company set up by the Shanghai Foreign Service Group specifically for Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPD Bank) under a strategic cooperation between the Group and the head office of SPD Bank.

Project Introduction of SPD Bank: The financial back-office service system is an important component of the modern financial service system. It has become a common choice for financial enterprises to reengineer business processes through centralized processing. Facing comprehensive market competition, financial enterprises generally reduce operating costs and improve operational efficiency by reengineering business processes, leveraging external professional resources, and outsourcing non-core businesses. The financial back-office service industry is also a key industry encouraged for development in Shanghai. The Centralized Operations Division of the Clearing Operations Department of SPD Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Centralized Operations Division") has always been committed to providing efficient and high-quality operation services for various standardized and specialized businesses that can be centrally processed by the head office and branches, and extending such services to the entire group and other peer institutions.

The Centralized Operations Division was established and officially began operations in Zhangjiang Financial Information Card Park in October 2007, and currently has two major sub-centers in Shanghai and Hefei. It is internally organized into multiple teams, including business processing, business management, administrative and human resources, and technical support, with staff composed of three main categories: management personnel, specialized operation personnel, and basic operation personnel.
