岗位要求：

2. 3年以上Java后端开发经验，熟悉Spring、Spring Boot等主流开发框架。
3. 深入理解Java并发编程、JVM原理、常用设计模式，并能灵活应用到实际开发中。
4. 熟练掌握数据库设计与优化，熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用数据库及其性能调优。
5. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，编写高质量、易维护的代码，注重代码可读性和团队协作。
6. 熟悉RESTful API设计，了解微服务架构，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术者优先。
7. 熟悉消息队列技术（如RabbitMQ、Kafka等），具备一定的分布式系统设计经验。
8. 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够承受压力并高效解决问题。
9. 熟悉Linux系统及运维经验者优先考虑。
