济南市长清区第二实验中学是长清区教育体育局所属财政拨款正科级事业单位。2012年，长清区委、区政府为优化教育资源，决定将教育资源较为薄弱的文昌中心中学和杨庄中学合并到长清一中西校区。2013年正式更名为济南市长清区第二实验中学。截止目前为止，学校共有34个教学班，1700余名在校生，教师96人。2014年下半年通过了均衡发展的验收，达到省级标准化学校的硬件条件。
