【工作内容】
1、提供客户端全流程技术支持，包括方案评估、现场测试、问题处理、样品进度管理及信息搜集；
2、对接客户投诉技术事宜，协调厂内相关部门，跟进 PP 阶段客户端随线及测试结果；
3、负责公司与客户端之间的技术文件确认及问题沟通，配合产品升级相关技术工作；
4、搜集竞品（如灯条等）信息、客户端项目及 LCM/整机物料信息，支持厂内测试与调试；
5、协助公司市场推广和技术评估工作，提供专业支持。
【任职要求】
1、大专及以上学历，电子、光电、自动化等相关专业；
2、3 年及以上 LCD 或 LED 行业相关工作经验；
3、熟悉 LED 及灯条工作原理，了解电子电路和 LCD 光学知识；能操作光学测试仪器、万用表、电源，具备 AutoCAD 图纸处理能力；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，积极主动、责任心强；
5、拥有独立分析和解决问题的能力，乐于学习与交流。
